1. Minimum Order and Delivery Lead Time
  To be confirmed according to our sales people quotation and Proforma Invoice.

2. Sample availability & Policy
  Samples are available upon receipt of payment.

3. Certificates
   All products are compliant with CE ,ROHS, REACH certificates.


4. Social obligations
   We never utilize child labor, we provide employees with very good working environments and insurance and we abide by all humanitarian request.

5. After Sales Service Terms:

(1) Customer service: in case for any complaints and claims from the customers, we will respond within 24 hours, the buyer
       need to offer proof of purchase and clear statement/expression of  the nature of problem.

(2) Technical services include: technology support, repair components support, replacement service

(3) We provide one-year warranty for all our products.

(4) The repair and replacement service will not apply to product units that were misused, repaired without authorization or by other reasons beyond the range of intended use.
